Job Description:

We require a fully competent individual who has experience in the sales process and will be able to perform all tasks selling Logistics and shipping services. Duties also include preparing and presenting effective proposals, maintaining well-organized documentation and reports, utilizes systems and coordinates customer service requirements as appropriate. This position reports directly to the Sales Manager. This position will be required to successfully present and close sales as well as maintain an acceptable closing percentage established at the sales site. The Sales Executive position also benefits a commission based-pay for performance, in addition to the basic wages agreed.

 

Qualifications:

  • 2 Year UAE Sales experience required in selling services
  • Must be self-motivated and have an enthusiastic personality
  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment.
  • Refined verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be proficient in general computer knowledge
  • Prefer selling, negotiating, business writing and presentation skills training

Job Description:

Customer Service Representative must lead team members on by creating efficient and fair customer complaints resolution, enforcing established on table policies and procedures, and demonstrates exemplary customer service to our customers in accordance with Ryan Worldwide’s Culture of Excellence. Accounts Assistant

Receivable account handling Experience

Location: Dubai-United Arab Emirates

This position requires young and dynamic individuals who report to the Accounts Manager for the collection and maintenance of all charge accounts in accordance with company policy. With excellent communication skills, will be able to resolve A/R issues appropriately and effectively.

 

Qualifications:

  • Process customer payments according to company policy.
  • Follow the company collection strategy in monitoring customer accounts for non-payment, skipped invoices and partial payments.
  • Provide regular communication to management regarding the status of account collections.
  • Organize a recovery system and initiate collection efforts.
  • Liaise with Collection Agents.
  • Complete monthly and quarterly closing statement processes and create reports.
  • Communicate with customers via phone, e-mail, mail or in person to make payment arrangements on delinquent accounts.
  • Perform reference checks of all credit applications and report findings to management.
  • Investigate and resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner
  • Submit accounts to management for bad debt write off.
  • E-mail invoices to customers for payment.
  • Perform other accounting related tasks as required.
